Hi, i'm Laul, husband of Beth, and this is me at her 30th birthday party with someone elses hat on. i don't own this hat, but i have taken a fancy to it.

now you know that Beth is so young, i'd like to point out i am less young at 31 (currently) but if that seems old to you, don't belive the lies - i play more football now than i ever did and am better off for it. Jonny can back me up on this one, he plays footy too.

i work in the Sheffield Centre (Church Army's research unit), so am surrounded by challenging new stories and thus ideas of how Jesus impacts lives today. its great, a wonderfully refreshing place to be after 10 years of the ups and downs of evangelical-charismatic mega church. As a result of this and other things Beth & I are veturing out in our own small boat of faith to see if it really can carry us across the sea. So far so good - hard work though, isn't it.
